Principal
Jan is a fellow of the ACCA and has over 20 years experience in industry and practice. She has also worked on several feature films.
Her favourite film is Argo, if she isn’t watching movies or geeking out at Xero’s capabilities then she has usually signed herself up for some adventure and is running, cycling or swimming.
Steve Willis
Operations
Steve has over 20 years’ experience working with companies, successfully growing and managing technology businesses. Now semi-retired, he continues to play a key role in supporting the business on the operations side, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge and strategic insight. Outside of work, Steve enjoys a round of golf, is an avid Formula 1 fan, and counts The King’s Speech among his favourite films.
Natalie Knight
Accountant
Natalie’s a fellow of the ACCA with an accounting background in logistics, financial services, and practice. She loves helping business owners make sense of their numbers and use them to grow. Outside work, she’s usually trail running in the New Forest, exploring quirky museums with her family, or enjoying theatre and live music with friends. Favourite film Skyfall.
Ben Sargeant
Junior Accountant
Ben’s been in accountancy since 2019 and is currently working through his AAT Level 4. He’s a big fan of The Dark Knight and loves nothing more than a good film, live music, or a night out with family and friends. When he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll probably find him helping at his wife’s dance school. He’s also a former roller hockey goalie, classic car enthusiast, and hopes to get his motorbike licence soon.
Charlotte Bonsell
Bookkeeper
Charlotte is newly AAT qualified in accounting after 10 years in banking. She’s a big fan of The Greatest Showman but loves films of all kinds. When she’s not working, you’ll find her with family or lost in a good book.
Julia Jaggard MAAT
Payroll Administrator
Julia is a member of the AAT and is experienced in running complex payrolls.
Her favourite film is Pretty Woman. When she isn’t hard at work, she is found whipping up some amazing bakes in the kitchen. If you’re lucky and you pop into the office, you might get a slice of her legendary Lemon Drizzle cake.
Marnie Willis
Junior Office Assistant
Marnie is spending the summer helping out in the office as our Junior Office Assistant. She’s a creative person who loves art, drama and gymnastics and is always keen to have a go at something new. Over the holidays, she’s looking forward to learning new skills, gaining some real-world experience and being part of the team.
Hetty
Door greeter and guest announcer
Hetty’s favourite film is the ‘Hotel for dogs’. When she isn’t woofing to alert of us an impending visitor she is snuggled up on the sofa dreaming of chasing squirrels.
